Service Description

Pre-payment punch cards for classes or payment at the time of the group. The punch pass is $150 for 10 punches. (2 punches for the Acupuncture or Healing Circle and 1 punch for Qigong) Most people believe that if they could only get that one ‘thing’ whatever that thing might be: having more money, a better career, winning that championship, finding the perfect partner, buying a bigger house, a nicer car or finding a better job, they will finally have the security, inner peace and happiness that will make their life the way it should be. Yet the latest research findings in psychology and physics tell us differently. Waiting for something from outside of ourselves to fill a void will only create more anxiety and loss of self that just keeps you spinning in that very thing you are trying to run from. What if though, you were willing to open to the possibility that it is the way you feel towards yourself that is causing you to perceive that the answers you are looking for lay outside of you? What if the way you treat, perceive and talk to yourself is what allows or disallows the experiences and accomplishments into your life? We CANNOT be defined through what we have acquired or accomplished. Underneath your experiential history and personality structure, is your pure core Essence which is always present and has always been present even through your traumatic experiences. The aim of the Self-compassion healing circle meetings is to assist people through their individual process as they witness their Spirit’s innate ability to hold the wounded aspect of themselves in reverence. It is through the embracing process that we feel safe enough to release unconscious fears and blocks, anxiety, self-doubt and limitations and reintegrate the shadow selves that have been waiting for our love whilst holding us prisoner. As each individual gains awareness that they and their inner process is a unique facet in the awakening of the human collective they will become more willing to embrace their unique life experience and journey. At these levels, we come to recognize that everything has the ability to serve us. As we experience ourselves at greater, richer, deeper levels we allow the manifestation process to come through us because we naturally become it. Manifesting anything then becomes who we are instead of reaching outwardly for it. You will also have the chance to work with me personally within the compassionate support of the group setting.
