About

Calli Grace Monroe is a nationally certified and licensed adult and adolescent mental health therapist. She received her BA in Fine Art and her BS in Psychology from Northern Arizona University (NAU) before going on to receive her Masters of Arts in Educational Psychology and Clinical Mental Health Counseling from NAU in 2011. She is trained and certified in many approaches to therapy with an emphasis on helping clients recover from trauma. Calli grew up practicing Hatha yoga and meditation, sitting with masters of Hinduism, Buddhism and the angelic realms at her mother’s yoga center. She has lived in diverse multicultural areas of the San Francisco Bay Area, New York City, Southern Florida and Arizona.

Calli believes strongly in the interconnectedness of all life and Spirit. In her work with clients, she holds a safe space of acceptance, shedding light with a compassionate heart and teaching personalized tools for healing and growth. She helps clients empower themselves to heal their own trauma and find their own inner strength, courage, balance and well-being. Calli is multiculturally sensitive and compassionate. She believes that by seeing the truth in ourselves and letting go of shame and judgement, we evolve for the good of ourselves and each other.
